We are happy to offer exchanges/returns within 7 days from receipt of delivery for all items purchased from us subject to the following conditions:
- The original proof of purchase must be presented with the return products
- The returned product must be unused with original tags and packaging
- The customer name, mobile number and address must be provided
To return or exchange an item, send it back to our headquarters at The Gift & Paper Company Pte Ltd, 1 Yishun Industrial Street 1 A’Posh Bizhub #08-17 Singapore 768160 together with the original proof of purchase
If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges for online) will be refunded to you using the original payment method once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets conditions above.
Note: Shipping and delivery charges for exchanges and refunds will be borne solely by the customer.
